Returns & Exchange

At Rishas Handloom Story, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, in the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Damaged Merchandise

1. Upon opening the parcel, please record a 360° video without pause or cut to document the damaged merchandise.
2. Submit the video to our team for authorization of returns.
3. Upon approval, we will offer an exchange or store credit.

Important Notes

- We strictly do not exchange products based on any reason except damaged material.
- We do not offer refunds. Products can only be replaced if damaged in transit or defective.
- No exchanges, returns, or refunds are allowed for all our products.

Return Procedure

1. Do not courier the product to us without authorization from our team.
2. We will not offer any replacement if the product is sent without authorization.
3. All returns and replacements are subject to the discretion of the Rishas Handloom Story decisions.
